GLAS strives to keep your personal information confidential by safeguarding and securing the data you provide us. Our website and data are hosted on protected servers ensuring against malicious hacks and security threats. This website uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to establish an encrypted link between our Web server and your computer.
SALES RETURNS
Prior to returning any product purchased from GLAS, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. We are available by phone at 770-631-0650, or email at sales@gardneravs.com during normal business hours or we will respond as soon as possible usually within 24 hours.
Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days from date of receipt if received in new, resalable condition—packed in original manufacturer's box, complete with instructions and all original components. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original saleable condition. After 30 days we cannot accept returns.
Certain items may not be eligible for return including books, DVDs, videos, life vests, life rafts and special-order items. Items that are installed or used are not eligible for return, so we strongly recommend verifying application eligibility prior to starting the install. GLAS is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly due to suggested applicability. It is the duty of the purchaser to verify eligibility prior to install and purchase.
The outbound freight charge for returns on items shipped using Free Shipping will be deducted from the refund.
WARRANTY
Warranty commences on date of shipment. All new equipment is warranted by the equipment manufacturer. Used equipment carries a guarantee as stated on the invoice, the terms of which vary depending on the item purchased.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are subject to change without notice. Availability of certain products may occasionally differ from the advertised description. If an item purchased is currently unavailable for shipment, and placed on backorder, we will contact you to let you know the estimated time for delivery and allow you the option to cancel the order.
ERRORS AND OMMISSIONS
Errors will be corrected where/when discovered. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. If you feel you have identified an error or omission, please email us at sales@gardneravs.com.
SALES TAX AND EXEMPTIONS
Applicable state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Georgia. If you have a State of Georgia Sales and Use Tax Certificate or other exemption, please contact us at 770-631-0650 or email sales@gardneravs.com.
